Harem: Bride - Colored

The second Bride of the Harem Master, aka the Harlequin.

Her case is...unusual by human standards. As you see, she is from a culture of blind water dragons living in perpetual darkness. The closet thing they have to sight is auric sensing.

The heads of the family are male, with a harem of females and their young. If the male looses rank to a wife who won her challenge or an outsider neuter, he becomes she, and becomes wife to her new husband. The new wife is then impregnanted as an act of dominance and humilation. If she cannot learn her place, she will either be traded or kicked out. Neuters are outsiders, outcasts with no families. Nothings.

Groomed to be a trophy housewife from birth, The Bride became an outsider after she fled her home, a snake's nest of reptillian den mothers flaunting for favor from the patriarch. After spending most of her life alone, fighting to survive as a neuter, (finding it amusing that the non-dragons called her male), she unexpectingly found herself in a new harem, with the title of Broodmother.

And female again.

Decked out with pink pearls, the domestic sign of motherhood, she and the Madame...tolerate each other.

A stark contrast from her old life, rife with combat.

If you haven,t guessed by now, her race is capable of gender switching. Females have shorter antlers from the males, and they drape up their hair on the prongs.
